Since Amsterdam has a lot of museums, the city is nice to visit even when its raining. But, we all prefer sunshine, and Amsterdam has quite a lot of sunshine. The average temperature in Amsterdam in August is 17 degrees Celsius, while it is 3 degrees Celsius in January. It is normally not much snow around, but in years with a lot of snow, you might see some snow around.
