Roger Waters was the bass guitar player, the major song writer and one singer of the band since 1965. After his success in the Pink Floyd, he has started a solo career in 1985, and he gave one of the greatest concerts of the rock history, when he performed The Wall in Berlin, in 1990.

George Roger Waters was born near to Leatherhead in Great Bookham, in 1943. His father died in Anzio in 1944 when little Roger was only 5 months old. This occasion influenced Roger’s job later, like The Wall album.
